Q. How to upgrade to the latest version of Atomic Email Studio?
A. There are 2 ways to get the latest version of the program:
- on www.atomicemailstudio.com or
- in the Members' Area in My Software section on http://www.atompark.com/members/orders.php.
Please download the exe-file, install the program and activate it with
your registration code. Please remember, all upgrades are free within one year from the moment
of purchase. Otherwise, you can renew your registration code with 40% discount.

Q. What is Members' Area account for?
A. Your Members' Area account located here is a special place where
you can find download links, registration information of your orders,
AtomPark specials and much more.

Q. How to register the program?
A. Activation process allows you to remove all limitations of the trial version.
Please enter your registration code in the Help -> Registration window of the program.
Q. My old registration key doesn't work. What should I do?
A. All upgrades are free within one year from the moment of purchase. Please
check the status of your order on Members
Area-> My Software and renew a reg.key with 40% discount. Otherwise,
contact us.
Q. How to get registration code if I still haven't received it?
A. A confirmation email with Members Area link, login information and short instructions
is usually sent within 10-20 minutes.
Unfortunately, our confirmation letter can be blocked by your email server
or Internet provider or you could just misspell your email address. In this
case you can retrieve password at http://www.atompark.com/members/recover.php/
(using the same address as in the order). If it doesn't help, please contact
our support department.
Refund
Q. Can I get a full refund if your product seemed to be
worthless to me?
A. YES. A written refund request with the most minute reasons for
it must be submitted within 30 days of making the payment. Use the Refund
form available in your MA account. Refunds will not be approved if they are
received more than 30 days after receipt of payment.
Please appreciate our position, as some of our products can be used for a
one time shot and as you are given an opportunity to evaluate any our software
before purchasing for free, we reserve the right to examine every refund request
accurately. Note that your
refund may take several weeks to process as it is dependent on your method
of payment, on your financial institution etc.

In case of the issues that are not covered with the FAQ section, please contact AtomPark Software
support team by filling in a request form. All
customer service inquiries are processed in the order they are received, and
you will be answered as quickly as possible.
